DataPath's COBRA tracking system is designed to allow you to track events to fit the employer's situation. For instance, you can track any date of coverage termination, basing it on such dates as date of termination, end of month, 14th day of the month, or 30 days from termination.
You can vary the dates per employer, per employee, or per benefit. You can track any benefit plan anniversary, and the “Things To Do” list will alert you of any upcoming need for new rates and of the letter to send to the employer.
You can track different COBRA administration fees per employer and track payments from various sources. You also have the ability to track different receipt options per employer, i.e. checks can be made out to the employer or the TPA and can be sent to the employer or the TPA.
